Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented General Manager to join our team at Batch Cookie Shop. This “hands-on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the fastest growing cookie shop in Arizona. Batch Cookie Shop has a central commissary kitchen that supplies daily fresh cookies to 6 Batch Cookie Shop locations in the Gilbert area. The general manager oversees all operations at all Batch locations and staff of around 15. As the GM, you will have full support of the local owners and will enjoy a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.

Your Impact

• Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of the business to ensure a remarkable guest experience
• Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for the future of the brand
• Manage a team of 15+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes a positive culture, excellence & team safety
• Growing different aspects of the business including customer walk-ins, delivery, catering, wholesale and shipping that drives the business forward
• Increasing overall business results, working cross-functionally with other leaders, vendors and partners through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
• Maintain quality control of cookie products and work closely with lead pastry chep and team. GM does not require professional baking experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
