General Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented General Manager to join our team at Batch Cookie Shop. This “hands-on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the fastest growing cookie shop in Arizona. Batch Cookie Shop has a central commissary kitchen that supplies daily fresh cookies to 6 Batch Cookie Shop locations in the Gilbert area. The general manager oversees all operations at all Batch locations and staff of around 15. As the GM, you will have full support of the local owners and will enjoy a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.
Pastry Chef
Batch Cookie Shop is searching for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. We are seeking an individual who has completed culinary school and/or has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a pastry chef. As a Pastry Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional cookies and desserts that delight our customers and help us maintain our reputation for quality and innovation.
Shift Lead
Batch Cookie Shop is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Shift Lead to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. As a Shift Lead, you will oversee either the morning or night shift, ensuring the smooth operation of production, attending to walk-in orders, and maintaining the cleanliness of our shop. Bakery Assistant
Batch Cookie Shop is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. As a Bakery Assistant, you will support our Pastry Chef and Shift Leads in the production of our delicious cookies and other baked goods.
